Give me a tree lined creek, an open field, and I will always be a happy girl! No matter how many times I venture to my favorite rustic park, it never gets old. Indian Camp Creek is always a popular choice for my Lincoln County and St. Charles County clients--with so much versatility, how could it not be?! And, depending on the time of year that we shoot there, it can either be lush and colorful (in the spring and early summer) and (late summer and fall) the fields of tall grass offer neutral, earthy tones. The fall foliage is some of the best in the area, especially bordering the parks lake. Of course, this is always something I chat about with my clients to ensure the park will look asthetically pleasing, based on the overall look they desire for their senior pictures.
I met up with Shyann in early September last year, "Class of 2022, Troy Buchanan High School." Shyann's grandma booked her session as a gift. I connected with Shyann and we discussed her vision for her senior pics. We settled on Indian Camp Creek for the diversity it offered and the park delivered! We were able to get some shots along the creek, on a low boughed tree, a wooded trail, an open field with tall grass, a touch of urban with the road and bridge, with the finale Shyann in the creek.
The gallery is filled with Shyann's personality! And no matter how many clients I bring here, the outcome is always a success and uniquely each seniors authentic self.
